A $2 million loan from the BeltLine Affordable Housing Trust Fund will pave the way for the new construction of 58 multifamily housing units in the Capitol View neighborhood – 48 of which will be affordable.
Located at 1055 Arden Ave., the development will include 2,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor, which could accommodate a restaurant or community grocery store. Affordability will include 28 units at 50% area median income (AMI), 20 units at 60% AMI and 10 units at market rate.
